What is Stress?
Stress is your body’s natural response to any demand or challenge. It’s how your body reacts to pressure, triggering a cascade of stress hormones that prepare you to take action (the “fight or flight” response). In small doses, stress is OK. But when it becomes chronic it eventually breaks down your health. Most people spend around 70% of their time overproducing stress hormones.
How to do the Quiz
Every question asks about your thoughts/feelings during the last month. Although some of the questions are similar, there are differences between them and you should treat each one as a separate question. The best approach is to answer fairly quickly and avoid over analysing or counting your previous answers.
