Packages

If for any reason you need to discontinue working with me you are entitled to a refund.  This refund is the total package price less the full, non-discounted price of the consultations you have already had.  To calculate refund on a 12 visit package divide x 13 (case history workup + initial visit is a double).  Each cancelled consultation gives you 1/13th of the total back. the totals for pay-by-installment and pay up front are different.

If you have paid for a package but have to cancel before taking any consultations I will refund you in full.  Please give minimum 2 working days notice.

48 hour cancellation policy and missed appointments

Please give a minimum of 2 working days notice if you need to cancel your appointment.  This applies whether it is a full appointment or a quarter phone support call.  Failure to show up for a consultation incurs the full fee for the missed visit.  Except in the case of an emergency it is not acceptable to cancel on the day.

Refunds for goods purchased directly from Anna Collins Nutrition

Refunds can be given within 30 days of purchase if the item is returned and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products (courses etc)
• Perishable goods (such as probiotics) and all products being returned from outside Ireland
